No pupil shall remain absent without prior leave permission.

In case of sudden illness where it is not possible to take prior leave permission, application for leave shall be sent to the principal on the first day of absence failing which, leave may not be granted.

Leave will not be granted on the re-opening day of the term and on examination days except special reasons such as ill health duty certified by doctor.

The name of a pupil who is absent without leave application for over ten days at a stretch may be removed for the rolls.

Frequent irregularity, unpunctuality or truancy will be seriously viewed.

Students failing to put 85% attendance may not be considered for promotion.
